When tech problems arise during distance learning, it can be incredibly frustrating.
The school district’s website, svsd410.org contains a wide range of materials provided on the link at the top center of the titled “Distance learning 2.0 information.”
Within that page, there are links to tips on the following topics: troubleshooting, account passwords, CassLink, Schoology and information about parental resources.
Clicking on this link will give you some links to tutorials for Schoology as well as Zoom expectations. It will then introduce links leading to how to use the apps Kami, Flipgrid, Padlet, and Edpuzzle.
If a device is not working and requires assistance not provided in the previous listed categories, the district has set up an email, [email protected], to contact for assistance.
